Prequel Gleanser
Glycerin-first face and body cleanser in a 400ml bottle.
Quick verdict
Glycerin comes before water on this list, which is rare for a cleanser. Prequel describes a non-stripping face and body cleanser made with 50% glycerin, and the two cleansing agents that follow, cocamidopropyl betaine and disodium cocoamphodiacetate, are both mild surfactants.

Why it made the cut
Aloe leaf juice and oat kernel flour come eighth and ninth, and the list stops at 20 ingredients. At 400ml it's the largest bottle among our cleansers. Prequel also sells Gleanser versions with salicylic or glycolic acid; this page covers the original only.
If you know you react to cocamidopropyl betaine, Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser cleans with sodium cocoyl isethionate instead.
